Shipping policy

All items are inspected thoroughly before shipping, with that being said gentle reminder that we are humans and may make mistakes.

Please inspect your product upon arrival and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the problem and accommodate you as best we can. If the product becomes damaged after use, we are no longer responsible. I appreciate each and every one of you and strive to give you the best customer service as possible. Accommodations are made within reason.  

Shipping

Our turn around time is currently 5-10 business days. Please allow 1-7 business days for your order to arrive once shipped. 

Please note: Carrier delays may happen please take into consideration USPS delays may be higher during the Holiday season.
