All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products—including boutique apparel, custom pieces, and pre-loved/vintage items—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Sizing issues
- Fit or style preferences
- Minor imperfections on vintage or pre-loved items
- Change of mind
Vintage & Pre-Loved Items (Reloved)
Please note that all Reloved items are secondhand and may show signs of wear.
- Some items may need light TLC.
- All items are cleaned unless marked “dry clean only.”
- We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately, but normal wear is expected.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your size, shipping information, and product selection before placing your order. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is severely damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. While we do not guarantee replacements or refunds, we will review each case to determine if the shipping carrier is responsible.
